

Angela Mahr founded the production company "Fire and Ice - Moving Pictures" with Sigrid Holzner in 2005, executive until 2007. In this period they realized the documentary "China's young Athletes" (broadcast: Phoenix / Hongkong). Their foreign relations enabled them to work without any national surveillance. Furthermore "Fire and Ice" realized several corporate videos for well-known clients like Deutsche Bank Kredit Service GmbH, Modem Berlin („Club Tresor“), and Bread and Butter Berlin GmbH.
Angela Mahr produced and realized the short film "Crack of Dawn" (30min) in Prague / Czech Republic (presentation: Theaterbar Berlin 2007). She took part at the festival "Goldener Spatz" at Erfurt in 2005 and presented the scenic moderation for the international youth magazine "European Freestyle" (pilote broadcast). Her radio play "Paranoia" was broadcasted by Star FM Berlin in 2002.
Angela Mahr specialized in Asia, particularly in Tibet and China. She applies herself to Indian Tantrism and Tibetan Tantric Buddhism for several years. In 2007 she visited Tibet (Amndo) and interviewed tibetan monks about their religious practice. As an enthnologist she took her final exam on the Asian concept of physicalness at Freie Universität Berlin.
