'Red Cows Over Preston' is the new film by twice optioned scriptwriter, published author and cult filmmaker Ian Armer, whose previous film 'The Clenched Tw*t of of Notre Dame' was nominated for the BBC Audience Award at the Commonwealth Film Festival 2006, picking up a worldwide distribution deal and becoming a cult film in its own right after screening across europe on Propeller TV in October 2007.
The film was written by award-winning writer and producer of several short films, Amanda Webster.
