Ofir, the Journey: from Sepharad to Monastir

Ofir, the Journey, from Sepharad to Monastir is a project dedicated to bring Sephardic up to date music through the Northern shore of the Mediterranean Sea, in a similar travel than that one the Sephardic Jews made when they were expelled from Spain by the Catholic Kings to reach into the eastern tip of Europe: Bitola, in Macedonia, the historic city of Monastir, where one of the most important Sephardic communities settled in the exile from Sepharad. They kept the ladino language and their music alive until the extermination in 1943.
On the route, they'll spread the message of tolerance, respect and coexistence of the mythical Spain of the Three Cultures, bringing again ladino language and Sephardic music to the streets of the historic Monastir.

Ofir, el Viaje: Desde Sefarad hasta Monastir es un proyecto dedicado a llevar la música sefardí actualizada, a través de la ribera norte del mar Mediterráneo, en un viaje similar al que hicieron los judíos sefardíes cuando fueron expulsados por los Reyes Católicos y que les hizo llegar hasta el extremo oriental de Europa: Bitola, en Macedonia, la histórica ciudad de Monastir, donde se estableció una de las más importantes comunidades sefardíes en su exilio desde Sefarad, y donde mantuvieron vivo el idioma ladino y su música hasta el exterminio en 1943.
En el camino, el grupo llevará el mensaje de tolerancia, respeto y convivencia de la mítica España de las Tres Culturas, llevando de nuevo el idioma ladino a las calles de la histórica Monastir.

6. Concert in trio / Concierto en trío
€1,000 or more : ENG - 1, 2, 3 and 4, and an acoustic concert in trio at the place of the Iberian Peninsula you prefer. ESP - 1, 2, 3, y 4, y un concierto acústico en trío en el lugar de la Península Ibérica que desees.
7. Concert by the full band / Concierto de la banda al completo
€2,600 or more : ENG - 1, 2, 3 and 5, and a concert by the full band (technical rider is in charge of the baker) in the places of Iberian Peninsule you want. ESP - 1, 2, 3 y 5 y un concierto del grupo completo (equipo de sonido y luces, por cuenta del patrocinador) en el lugar de la Península Ibérica que quieras.
8. Your logo or another reference in all our graphic materials / Tu logo u otra referencia en todos los materiales gráficos producidos
€3,000 or more : ENG - Puntos 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 and we'll publish your logo or another reference for a year and also a reference to your company or yourself as a sponsor in all media produced by the band (website, facebook page, playbills at concerts. ..)
