offthewall:elements will take place on 5th May 2012 from 6pm until 9pm at Compton Acres, with 10 acres of beautiful private gardens the selected art work will blossom in this natural environment. We will be exibiting exciting, interactive visual and performance arts that have been inspired by the four classical elements, Air, Earth, Fire and Water.
We are an event team, studying at The Arts University College at Bournemouth, with a passion for taking art out of the traditional white gallery format and placing it in more exciting and thought provoking places, making it more accesable for all. As a team our main value is encouraging the appreciation for the natural environment and our aim is to utilise artistic excellence to enhance the natural beauty of Compton Acres. We support the governments new vision for maintaining the beauty of the natural environment for generations to come because spending time outdoors has a positive effect on everyone.
With your support we can work with excellent artists who also share the same values as us. We will be able to use their work to educate younger generations about sustainability and increase their respect for their natural suroundings. We will also be able to help maintain the impressive heritage of Compton Acres and encourage more people to spend time outdoors.
